Our Service Portfolio.

Corporate Mobility Solutions

Corporate SIM solutions differ from standard consumer lines by offering centralized administration, customized enterprise billing, pooled data usage, and enhanced security controls.

  • Voice & Data CUG (Closed User Group): Free or heavily discounted intra-company calling and SMS between employees within the corporate network.

  • Pooled Data Plans: Enterprise-wide aggregate data buckets shared across all employee SIMs to prevent individual overage charges.

  • Form Factors: Standard physical SIMs (2FF, 3FF, 4FF) and eSIM (eUICC), enabling over-the-air (OTA) provisioning without physical SIM swaps when changing profiles or carrier networks.

Internet & Network Solutions

A Dedicated Internet Leased Line is a private, symmetrical, unshared telecommunications link connecting a corporate location directly to an Internet Service Provider’s (ISP) core network.

  • Symmetrical Bandwidth: Guaranteed identical upload and download speeds (e.g., 1 Gbps up / 1 Gbps down), essential for hosting servers, running video conferences, and pushing massive enterprise backups.
  • 1:1 Uncontended Access: Unlike broadband or shared fiber, bandwidth is reserved exclusively for the enterprise with zero performance degradation during peak hours.
  • Network Redundancy Options: Can be provisioned with dual-path routing, secondary fiber entries into the building, or auto-failover via 5G/microwave links.
  • Key Use Cases: Enterprise headquarters, primary data centers, high-volume transactional hubs, and application hosting environments.
  •

Cloud Telephony (also known as Hosted Telephony)

Virtual numbers are phone numbers not tied to a physical telephone line or specific geographic SIM card. Incoming calls are routed over the internet to any designated device, SIP endpoint, or software application.

  • Geographic & Local Presence: Provision local area code numbers globally (e.g., a US, UK, or Tokyo number) to build a local presence without physical office space.

  • Non-Geographic & National Numbers: Country-wide numbers (e.g., 0330 in the UK or 1800/1860 series in India) that give enterprises a unified national identity.

  • Key Use Cases: Remote workforces, multi-city customer support teams, marketing campaign attribution tracking, and virtual global offices.

Business Numbers

The 1600 series (along with related allocations like 160 / 1601) is a strictly regulated number range reserved exclusively for non-promotional, high-trust transactional and service communication.

Primary Purpose: Delivers service updates, financial notifications, and urgent account alerts.

The 1400 / 140 series is a dedicated prefix range allocated to registered telemarketers for commercial advertising, marketing campaigns, and lead generation.

Primary Purpose: Standardizes outbound telemarketing to distinguish promotional pitches from personal or critical transactional calls.

Digital Messaging Solutions

WhatsApp Business API: The WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API / On-Premises API) enables medium-to-large enterprises to automate programmatic, scalable, two-way messaging within WhatsApp.

RCS (Rich Communication Services): RCS upgrades standard SMS into an interactive, native app-like messaging experience inside default mobile phone messaging apps (Google Messages and Apple Messages).

Bulk SMS (Transactional & Promotional): Bulk SMS provides universal reach, sending plain text messages directly to mobile handsets over carrier networks without requiring internet access on the receiving device.

Truecaller for Business: Truecaller for Business provides enterprise identity management, transforming outbound calls and SMS from unknown numbers into verified, visually trusted interactions.

GSM Dialer & Integrated CRM Solutions

GSM Dialers bridge local cellular SIM networks directly with cloud/IP-PBX networks, avoiding expensive landline or fixed PRI overheads.

Hardware Architecture (GSM Gateways / SIM Banks):

  • Hardware devices housing 4 to 64+ multi-operator SIM cards that route outgoing/incoming calls over cellular networks.
  • Auto-SIM Rotation: Automatically switches active SIMs based on credit limits, call duration limits, or time-of-day to minimize telecom expenses.

Dialing Engines & Modes:

  • Predictive Dialer: Uses algorithms to dial multiple leads per agent, filtering out answering machines, busy signals, and disconnected lines to maximize live agent talk time.
  • Progressive / Power Dialer: Automatically dials the next lead from a queue as soon as an agent completes their previous call.
  • Click-to-Call (Manual): Agents initiate calls directly from a record in the CRM with a single click.
